The HJC RPHA 70 Carbon is a premium full-face helmet designed for sport-touring riders who want a lightweight shell without compromising everyday usability. - Clean the outer shell with a soft damp cloth and mild soap; never use petroleum-based solvents, acetone or abrasive pads, which can degrade the carbon fibre finish.
- Remove the visor before cleaning and rinse it under lukewarm water with a soft cloth; do not dry-wipe or use paper towel, as this will scratch the optical coating.
- Clean the PINLOCK anti-fog insert with water only — avoid alcohol, ammonia or solvent-based products that will damage the anti-fog layer.
- Remove and hand-wash the interior liner and cheek pads in warm water with a mild detergent; rinse thoroughly and air-dry away from direct heat or sunlight.
- Store the helmet in its carry bag or a cool, dry location away from fuel vapours, temperature extremes and prolonged UV exposure.
- Do not apply aftermarket stickers, paint or adhesives to the shell without confirming compatibility with HJC, as some solvents can compromise the structural resin.
- Inspect the chin strap and retention buckle regularly for signs of wear, fraying or corrosion; replace if integrity is in doubt.
- Replace the helmet after any significant impact — even with no visible external damage, the EPS liner absorbs energy by crushing internally and will not protect adequately in a second strike.
- Route Bluetooth headset cables through the dedicated cheek-pad pockets to keep them clear of the retention system and visor mechanism.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
