Dispatch Time

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.

• You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $200 (excluding bulky items).

• For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee applies based on item type and destination.

Tyres

• Tyres are shipped separately and incur a $20 shipping fee per tyre due to their size and handling requirements.

Bulky Items

• Some oversized or heavy items may not qualify for free shipping, even if the order total exceeds $200.

• If your order includes bulky items, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or quoted after order placement if needed.

Delivery Timeframes

• Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
