Refund Policy

At XPERT MOTO GROUP PTY LTD, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your item to:

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund.

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@xpertmotogear.com.au so that we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

5. Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please send us an email at info@xpertmotogear.com.au. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Additional shipping costs may apply.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount
- Gift cards
