The HJC RPHA 12 is a full-face sport motorcycle helmet built around HJC's P.I.M. Plus (Premium Integrated Matrix Plus) shell — a multi-composite construction that balances low weight with robust impact resistance.
Designed for riders who demand performance at pace, the RPHA 12 combines an aerodynamically sculpted profile with a ventilation system engineered to reduce turbulence and buffeting at speed. The interior uses HJC's SilverCool moisture-wicking liner to keep the rider comfortable on longer rides.
The Nardo Gray colourway takes its name from the Nardò high-speed test circuit in southern Italy, making it a fitting choice for riders with a track-oriented aesthetic.

- Clean the visor with warm water and a soft microfibre cloth; never use petroleum-based solvents or abrasive cloths as these will damage the anti-scratch coating.
- Fit the Pinlock 120 EVO insert onto the visor's double-pin mounts and press the edges firmly to form an airtight seal; re-seal if fogging appears.
- Remove the liner and cheek pads regularly and hand-wash them in cool water with mild detergent; allow to air-dry fully before refitting.
- Wipe the shell exterior with a damp cloth; for stubborn insect residue, soak briefly with water before wiping — do not scrub.
- Do not expose the helmet to petroleum products, household cleaning sprays, or paint thinners, as these degrade the shell and liner materials.
- Store the helmet in its bag or on a flat surface away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and fuel vapours.
- Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if no external damage is visible — internal EPS foam does not recover.
- Check the visor pivot screws and retention system periodically; retighten if any play develops.
- Retire and replace the helmet after five years from the date of first use regardless of condition, in line with general industry guidance on helmet ageing.
