A complete steel chain and sprocket replacement kit from Supersprox, matched to the Honda XR200R built between 1992 and 2002. The kit supplies the chain, front sprocket and rear sprocket together, so the whole final drive can be renewed as a set rather than mixing a new chain with worn sprockets.

Gearing is 13 teeth at the front and 47 teeth at the rear, and all components are steel for durability in trail and general off-road use. Suits riders replacing a stretched or worn factory drivetrain, or anyone wanting a straightforward, model-specific fit without cross-referencing individual part numbers.

Note: this listing covers only the gearing and specifications we can confirm for part number 12-110-81. Check your bike's model year and existing gearing before ordering.

  • Replace the chain and both sprockets as a set — fitting a new chain to worn sprockets, or worn sprockets to a new chain, accelerates wear on both.
  • Have the kit fitted by a competent mechanic, and torque the front and rear sprocket fasteners to the values in your Honda service manual.
  • Set chain slack to the specification in your owner's manual, measured with the bike unladen, and re-check after the first ride as a new chain beds in.
  • Check and adjust chain tension regularly, and always keep the rear wheel aligned using the swingarm adjuster markings.
  • Clean the chain with a dedicated chain cleaner or kerosene and a soft brush — avoid petrol, harsh solvents and high-pressure washers, which strip lubricant and can force water and grit into the rollers.
  • Lubricate with a purpose-made motorcycle chain lube after cleaning, after riding in wet or muddy conditions, and at the intervals given in your service manual. Apply to a warm chain and allow it to penetrate before riding.
  • After off-road or wet rides, rinse off mud and sand, dry the chain and re-lubricate promptly to prevent surface rust on the steel components.
  • Inspect for tight or kinked links, hooked or pointed sprocket teeth, and unusual noise; replace the kit if the chain can be pulled noticeably away from the rear sprocket at the 3 o'clock position.
  • Store the bike with the chain clean and lubricated if it will be off the road for an extended period.
