The X-Tech Emergency Tyre Repair Kit is a purpose-built roadside solution for motorcyclists who suffer a puncture away from a workshop. The kit uses compressed CO₂ to deliver a rapid temporary repair, helping riders get back on the road safely.
Because it contains compressed CO₂ (classified UN1013, Class 2.2 — non-flammable compressed gas), this product cannot be shipped by air freight and must be despatched by road or sea freight only. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

- Store the kit away from heat sources, open flames, and direct sunlight — the CO₂ canister(s) are pressurised and can become hazardous at high temperatures.
- Do not puncture, crush, or incinerate the CO₂ canister(s) under any circumstances.
- Inspect the kit before each ride to confirm it is intact and that any sealant or canister has not passed its printed expiry date.
- This kit provides a temporary emergency repair only — have the tyre professionally inspected and permanently repaired or replaced at the earliest opportunity after use.
- Do not attempt to reuse a CO₂ canister once it has been discharged.
- Dispose of used or expired canisters in accordance with your local council's hazardous waste guidelines.
- Do not transport the kit by air; road or sea freight only.
