- Check tyre pressure before each ride; maintain the manufacturer-recommended PSI for your ATV model — under-inflation on tubeless tyres accelerates bead wear and can cause unseating.
- Inspect the tread and sidewalls regularly for cuts, embedded debris, punctures, or cracking; address damage promptly to avoid bead loss or sudden deflation.
- When fitting a tubeless tyre, ensure the rim bead seats are clean and free of corrosion before mounting; use tyre mounting lubricant (not petroleum-based products) to seat the bead correctly.
- After first fitting, inflate to the recommended pressure and check the bead seal after 24 hours before riding.
- Rotate tyres periodically if your ATV's usage pattern causes uneven wear across the tread.
- Store unmounted tyres upright in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, ozone sources (electric motors, welders), and petroleum products to prevent sidewall degradation.
