- Before installation, confirm the cap is the correct fitment for your specific Suzuki model and year using the Vortex Racing fitment guide.
- Ensure the fuel tank threads are clean and free of debris before fitting.
- Hand-tighten to seat the cap correctly; do not overtighten.
