A genuine KYT replacement visor in a dark tint, made to fit the KYT NF-R, NZ-Race and NX-Race helmets. It drops straight into the same visor mechanism as the standard shield, so swapping between clear and tinted takes only a moment.

Confirm your helmet model before fitting — this visor suits the KYT NF-R, NZ-Race and NX-Race only.
Release and refit the visor using the helmet's standard side mechanism; work on a soft surface and make sure both sides click home and the visor seals evenly against the eyeport before riding.
Clean with lukewarm water and a mild soap, using a soft microfibre cloth and light pressure. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Soak dried insects and road grime for a minute or two rather than rubbing them off — dry wiping is the main cause of fine scratches.
Avoid petrol, solvents, ammonia-based glass cleaners, abrasive pads and paper towel, as these can damage the surface and any coatings.
If using a Pinlock insert, clean the insert with a damp cloth and water only, and handle it by the edges.
Store the spare visor in its bag or a soft cloth, away from heat and direct sunlight, so it does not warp or pick up scratches.
Use the dark tint in daylight only and carry or fit a clear visor for night and low-light riding, in line with your local road rules.
Replace the visor if it develops cracks, deep scratches or heavy hazing that affect vision.
