The Vance & Hines Fuelpak FP4 is a plug-in fuel management module that lets you tune the EFI system on your late-model Harley-Davidson without a workshop visit or a separate handheld device. It suits Softail, Touring and Trike models from 2021 onwards, and is not compatible with 2021 CVO models.
It is aimed at riders who have fitted a slip-on or full exhaust, an aftermarket air cleaner, or who simply want fuelling matched to how and where they ride. Setup and tune changes are handled through the free Fuelpak FP4 smartphone app, so adjustments can be made in the shed or at the side of the road.
Please confirm your model, year and variant against the fitment listed here before ordering, as this part number does not cover earlier bikes or 2021 CVO machines.

- Confirm your model, year and variant before fitting — this part number covers Softail, Touring and Trike from 2021 onwards and does not suit 2021 CVO machines.
- Install the free Fuelpak FP4 app on your phone and check for app and module updates before you attempt a tune.
- Make sure the motorcycle's battery is fully charged, or connected to a battery tender, before flashing or updating — a low battery during a flash can leave the ECU in an incomplete state.
- Do not crank the engine, switch the ignition off or disconnect the module part-way through a flash or update.
- Mount or route the module so it sits clear of exhaust heat, steering movement and suspension travel, and secure the lead so it cannot chafe or pull on the diagnostic connector.
- Keep the diagnostic connector and module dry; wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth only and avoid directing a pressure washer at the connector area.
- Re-check your tune after any change to the exhaust, air cleaner or engine specification, as the previous settings may no longer suit.
- Return the ECU to its original calibration through the app before dealer diagnostics, warranty work, or selling the motorcycle.
- Store the module in a dry place, away from direct heat, when it is not fitted to the bike.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
