The Vance & Hines Big Radius 2-into-2 PCX is a full exhaust system for Milwaukee-Eight Softail models, pairing the sweeping, unmistakable Big Radius pipe shape with precision-cut full-coverage heat shields and a bright chrome finish.
It uses Vance & Hines PCX (Power Chamber Exhaust) Technology, which integrates chambered high-flow catalyst cartridges into the system for a lift in torque while retaining the deep, throaty V-twin note. It is a direct-fit replacement for the standard system.
Suited to Softail riders after a bold custom look with a matching change in sound and low-end response. Part number V26375, which supersedes the earlier V26075.

- Confirm fitment against your exact model and year before installation; Big Radius systems are model-specific and will not suit all Softail variants.
- Installation is best carried out by a qualified motorcycle technician using the instructions supplied by Vance & Hines, with the engine and exhaust completely cool.
- Handle the chrome pipes and heat shields with clean gloves during fitting; fingerprints, oils and grit baked onto hot chrome can leave permanent marks.
- Fit all mounting hardware loosely first, align the system and shields for even clearance, then tighten progressively so nothing is pulled out of alignment.
- After the first ride, allow the system to cool and re-check the clamps and fasteners, as heat cycling can allow joints to settle.
- Some light discolouration or bluing near the head pipes is normal on chrome exhausts once heat cycled.
- Clean only when cold, using warm water and a mild detergent, then dry thoroughly and finish with a chrome-safe polish; avoid abrasive pads, acidic wheel cleaners and harsh solvents.
- Do not spray a hot system with cold water and avoid pressure-washing directly into the outlets or heat shield gaps.
- Keep the outlets clear and store the bike under cover in a dry space; road salt and prolonged damp will pit chrome.
- Check periodically for exhaust leaks, loose or rattling heat shields and damaged gaskets, and address them before riding further.
