The Vance & Hines Big Radius 2-Into-2 PCX full exhaust system pairs the brand's signature sweeping Big Radius pipe shape with a black finish and precision-cut full-coverage heat shields, giving a clean, finished look from every angle. It replaces the standard head pipes and mufflers as a complete two-into-two system for Harley-Davidson Softail models from 2018-2024, excluding FXSB and FLSTF.
The PCX (Power Chamber Exhaust) design runs chambered high-flow catalyst cartridges, which Vance & Hines developed to lift torque and improve rideability while keeping the deep, throaty V-twin note the Big Radius is known for.
Suited to Softail riders after a custom-bike silhouette and a fuller exhaust tone without giving up catalysed exhaust hardware. Check your exact model and year against the fitment details before ordering.

- Allow the system to cool fully before touching or cleaning it; exhaust surfaces stay hot well after the engine is switched off.
- Before the first start-up, wipe the pipes and heat shields with a clean lint-free cloth and methylated spirits to remove fingerprints, oil and packaging residue, which can otherwise bake permanently into the finish.
- Clean only when cold, using warm soapy water and a soft cloth; avoid abrasive pads, chrome polish, oven cleaner and strong solvents on the black finish.
- Fit new exhaust port gaskets during installation and make sure the head pipes seat squarely before final tightening to prevent leaks and discolouration.
- Re-check and re-torque the mounting hardware, clamps and heat shield bands after the first few heat cycles, then inspect them periodically along with the rest of the system for cracks, rattles or loose fasteners.
- Do not spray cold water onto a hot system or ride into deep water straight after a hard run; thermal shock can mark or distort the finish.
- Protect the catalyst cartridges: avoid prolonged running with a misfiring or oil-burning engine, do not push or tow start the bike, and do not use leaded fuel or additives that are not catalyst-safe.
- If you combine the system with an aftermarket intake or other engine changes, have the fuelling checked and re-tuned with a compatible fuel management tool before extended riding.
- For long-term storage, keep the bike dry and covered, and wipe the pipes down first so moisture and road salt do not sit on the finish.
