The Vance & Hines Big Radius 2-into-2 PCX is a full replacement exhaust system in a black finish, built for Milwaukee-Eight Softail riders who want the sweeping, custom-shop silhouette Big Radius is known for without giving up build quality. Precision-cut, full-coverage heat shields keep the lines clean from the head pipes right through to the outlets.
This version uses Vance & Hines PCX (Power Chamber Exhaust) technology, which houses chambered high-flow catalysts inside the system. The result is a system designed to add torque while delivering the deep, throaty note owners expect from a big V-twin. It suits Fat Boy and Breakout owners after a styling and sound change from the standard system, and it is supplied as a complete system rather than a slip-on.
Part number V46375, which supersedes the earlier V46075. Please confirm your exact model and year before ordering.

- Fit with new exhaust gaskets and follow the manufacturer's fitting instructions supplied with the system; a full system replaces the head pipes as well as the mufflers.
- Wipe all fingerprints, oil and grease off the pipes and heat shields before the first start — anything left on the surface can bake in permanently on the first heat cycle.
- Re-check flange nuts, clamps and heat shield fasteners after the first few heat cycles, then periodically, as vibration can loosen them.
- A full system usually calls for fuel management to be reviewed — check with your dealer or tuner whether a tuning device is required for your bike before extended riding.
- Use unleaded fuel only and avoid running the engine rich or with oil blow-by; both can damage the internal catalysts.
- Let the system cool completely before cleaning or handling — the pipes and shields reach very high temperatures.
- Clean the black finish with mild soap and warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive polishes, solvents and acidic wheel cleaners, which can dull or stain the coating.
- Do not aim a pressure washer directly at the outlets or heat shield seams, and avoid forcing water into the mufflers.
- Ride to full operating temperature regularly so internal condensation burns off; repeated short cold runs promote moisture build-up.
- For long-term storage, keep the bike in a dry place and cover the outlets to keep moisture and pests out — remove any covers before starting the engine.
