The Vance & Hines Big Radius 2-into-1 is a full exhaust system that pairs unmistakable radius styling with genuine 2-into-1 performance. Its sweeping pipes and full-coverage heat shields give the bike a distinctive profile, while the merged collector design is built to lift usable torque across the rev range.

- Fit the system following the instructions supplied by Vance & Hines, and check the fitment listing against your exact model and year before installation.
- Allow the exhaust to cool completely before cleaning, adjusting or handling it.
- Clean the black finish with a soft cloth and a mild soap solution; avoid abrasives, harsh solvents and chrome or metal polishes, which can mark the coating.
- Remove road grime, fuel and oil residue promptly, as baked-on contaminants are difficult to remove once heat-cycled.
- Re-check all clamps, brackets and mounting fasteners after the first ride and periodically thereafter, as heat cycling can loosen hardware.
- Ensure the 12mm oxygen sensors are transferred and torqued correctly and that connectors are routed clear of hot surfaces.
- Confirm any fuel management or tuning requirements for your bike with the installation instructions before riding.
- Inspect gaskets, heat shields and welds regularly for leaks, rattles or discolouration, and rectify exhaust leaks promptly.
- Avoid pressure washing directly into the exhaust outlet, and store the bike under cover to limit moisture sitting in the system.
