A complete replacement plastics kit from UFO Plast for the Yamaha YZ250F (2019-2023) and YZ450F (2018-2022) SE/LE, finished in a grey and black colourway. It is the straightforward way to refresh tired, faded or crash-damaged bodywork without replacing panels one at a time.

- Wash with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft sponge or cloth, then rinse and dry.
- Avoid petrol, brake cleaner, chain cleaner and other strong solvents, which can haze, stain or soften plastics.
- Keep the pressure washer nozzle well back and do not blast directly at panel edges, graphic edges or fastener points.
- Fit the panels on a warm day, or leave them in the sun for a short time first, so they flex and align more easily.
- Inspect the mounting points, grommets and well nuts as you fit each panel, and replace any that are damaged or missing.
- Do the fasteners up snugly by hand rather than over-torquing them, as excess clamping load cracks plastic around the mounting holes.
- If you are applying graphics, work on clean, dry, degreased panels and wipe them down with isopropyl alcohol beforehand.
- Re-check all bodywork fasteners after the first ride and then as part of your regular pre-ride check.
- After a crash, inspect panels for cracks or stress marks and replace anything that is split, as cracks spread quickly under vibration.
- Store spare or removed panels flat and out of direct sunlight to avoid distortion and fading.
