Replacement upper radiator shrouds from UFO Plast, made to suit Husqvarna CR and WR two-stroke models built between 2000 and 2005. Sold under part number 3303001 in black.
These are the panels that sit above the radiators and take the brunt of roost, branches and tip-overs, so they are usually the first plastics to crack or go dull. Swapping them is a straightforward way to tidy up an older Husky or to get a bike back on the track after a crash without replacing the full plastics kit.

- Confirm your model and year against the fitment list before fitting, as Husqvarna shroud mounts changed across model years.
- Re-use the original mounting hardware, grommets and rubber washers where they are in good condition; replace perished grommets so the shrouds are not clamped directly against bare plastic.
- Start all fasteners by hand before tightening, and nip them up evenly and gently - overtightening will dimple or crack the mounting tabs.
- On a cold day, leave the shrouds in the sun or a warm room for a while before fitting; warm plastic flexes into place far more easily.
- Clean with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid petrol, brake cleaner and strong solvents, which will haze or soften the surface.
- Keep a pressure washer well back and off the mounting tabs and any graphics edges, and never aim a concentrated jet directly at them.
- If you are applying graphics, degrease the shroud thoroughly and let it dry completely first, then work the decal down from the centre outwards to avoid trapped air.
- After a crash or heavy roost, check the mounting tabs and surrounding fasteners for hairline cracks or elongated holes before your next ride.
- Store spare plastics flat and out of direct sunlight so they do not warp or fade.
