The Mitas Terra Force-EF Super Light is a rear enduro competition tyre in 140/80-18 70M, identified by its green stripe. It sits in the middle of the Terra Force-EF range: a lighter, softer carcass paired with a gummy compound, developed with top enduro racers for technical riding at medium speed rather than flat-out speed work.
It suits enduro, hard enduro and dual-sport machines ridden on mixed and demanding terrain, and is the pick when conditions turn wet, rocky or slippery. Compared with the yellow-stripe Super version, the softer tread compound trades some outright high-speed hard-pack manners for extra grip and feel on rock and in the wet.
The tread pattern is designed to meet FIM enduro knob requirements, and this tyre carries a DOT marking. Riders after an even softer option for slow-speed extreme enduro should look at the double-green-stripe Super Soft.

- Have the tyre fitted and balanced by a qualified motorcycle tyre technician using correct tyre levers and rim protection, and take care not to pinch or damage the tube during fitting.
- Check the sidewall for the rotation direction marking before fitting and make sure the tyre runs the correct way on the rear wheel.
- Ensure any rim lock is correctly seated and tensioned before fully inflating, and re-check it after the first ride.
- Inflate to the pressure recommended by your motorcycle manufacturer for the terrain and conditions you are riding, and check pressures cold before every ride — soft compound knobbies are easily damaged when run under-inflated at speed.
- Ride the first few kilometres gently to scrub in the new tread surface before pushing for maximum grip.
- Inspect the knobs regularly for tearing, chunking or base cracking, and check for cuts or embedded rocks after rocky and technical rides; retire the tyre once knobs are torn or badly worn.
- As a soft, gummy competition compound, this tyre wears quickly on tarmac and hard-pack — keep road transport sections to a minimum to preserve knob life.
- Wash with water and mild soap only; keep petrol, oils, brake cleaner, solvents and tyre-shine dressings off the tread and sidewalls.
- Store spare tyres flat or upright in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight, ozone sources such as electric motors, and any chemicals.
- Do not exceed the load and speed limits implied by the 70M rating, and replace the tyre if the carcass is deformed, cut through or has been run flat.
