The Alpinestars Tech 3S Kids Boot is a purpose-built motocross boot for junior riders, scaled down from the adult Tech series rather than simply shrunk. A lightweight microfibre upper keeps weight off small legs while resisting abrasion, and the one-piece injected TPU foot shell delivers structure where young riders need it most.

It is designed for kids riding motocross, off-road and mini bikes who need genuine protection without a boot so stiff it fights them. The three-stage instep flex zone and Tech series buckle closure make the boot easy to get on and off and comfortable to ride in, while the removable growth footbed (available in sizes 10, 11, 12, 13 and 1) extends useful life as feet grow.

Finished in a white, black and enamel blue colourway and CE certified to EN 13634:2010.

Knock off dry mud and dust after each ride, then wipe the microfibre upper and TPU shell with a soft damp cloth and a little mild soap.
Avoid solvents, petrol, brake cleaner, harsh detergents and pressure washers, as these can damage the microfibre, suede panel and TPU components.
Remove the footbed after wet or muddy rides and let the boot air-dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, heaters and exhausts — forced heat can shrink and harden the materials.
Brush the external suede calf panel gently when dry rather than soaking it, to preserve its grip against the bike.
Expect a short break-in period; the three-stage instep flex zone loosens with riding, so let your rider wear the boots around before their first full session.
Before every ride, check that the bottom buckle is intact and latching firmly and that the hook-and-loop closure and TPR calf flap still hold securely; replace worn or damaged buckles rather than riding with them.
Use the removable growth footbed (sizes 10, 11, 12, 13 and 1) to fine-tune fit as your child's feet grow, and replace the anatomical EVA footbed once it compresses or wears through.
Inspect the sole, toe protector and shin plate regularly for cracking, delamination or heavy wear, and stop using the boots if the shell or ankle structure is damaged.
Store the boots upright in a cool, dry, ventilated place out of direct sunlight, with buckles closed loosely to help them hold their shape.
Retire and replace the boots after a significant impact or crash, even if the damage is not obvious from the outside.
