The Alpinestars Supertech R10 Team is Alpinestars' flagship full-face racing helmet, the product of more than a decade of development alongside MotoGP riders Andrea Dovizioso, Jorge Martin, and Jack Miller. Built for riders who demand race-validated protection on the circuit and the road, it combines an exceptionally lightweight multi-layer carbon composite shell with one of the most comprehensive passive safety systems in its class.
The R10 significantly exceeds ECE 22.06 impact standards on both linear and rotational metrics and carries additional DOT and FIM homologations. The aerodynamic shell was refined through CFD simulation and wind tunnel testing, and the removable anti-microbial liner, emergency extraction cheek pads, and hydration-hose-compatible interior reflect the same professional-grade detail found in MotoGP pit lanes.
The Team colourway in Black Carbon Red White Glossy is available across four shell sizes spanning XS through 2XL. The patented A-Head Fitment System lets every rider dial in precise height and angle adjustment for a secure, personalised fit.

- Remove the comfort liner and cheek pads and hand-wash with mild soap and lukewarm water; air-dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight before refitting.
- Wipe the exterior shell with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent; never use petroleum-based cleaners, acetone, or abrasive products — these can degrade the carbon composite resin and finish.
- Clean the visor with a clean microfibre cloth moistened with water or a dedicated lens cleaner; do not dry-wipe or use abrasives, as surface scratches reduce optical clarity and increase glare.
- Fit the Pinlock 120XLT lens per the printed guide and ensure the silicone seal makes full contact around the visor aperture; inspect the seal periodically and re-seat if fogging recurs.
- Before every ride, verify the visor clicks audibly into the closed and locked position using the metal locking mechanism.
- Use the A-Head Fitment System to adjust crown height and angle so the helmet sits level and does not rock under hard braking or acceleration.
- Familiarise yourself and a riding partner with the Emergency Release System (ERS) pull-tab location on the cheek pads before riding; ERS is intended for use by medical personnel only.
- Store the helmet in the supplied bag, away from fuel vapours, chemical solvents, direct sunlight, and temperature extremes — all of which accelerate degradation of composite materials and EPS foam.
- Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if no external damage is visible; EPS foam crushes to absorb energy and does not recover after a strike.
