Alpinestars products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against material and manufacturing defects.

Wipe the microfiber upper clean with a soft, lightly dampened cloth; avoid solvents, abrasive cleaners and petroleum-based products.
Allow the boots to air dry naturally at room temperature — do not place near direct heat sources such as radiators or clothes dryers, as sustained heat degrades microfiber and TPU components.
Do not machine wash or fully submerge the boots in water.
Inspect the toe, shin and heel sliders regularly for wear and replace them before they wear through to the boot structure; Alpinestars offers genuine replacement sliders for all three positions.
Check that the side zip operates freely; apply a dry or PTFE-based zip lubricant if it becomes stiff or sluggish.
Verify the micro-adjustable ratchet collar mechanism clicks firmly into place before each ride and is free of grit or debris.
Engage the hook-and-loop zip pull keeper over the zipper puller before riding to prevent the zip from opening under hard braking loads.
Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, UV exposure and petroleum vapours to prevent premature material degradation.
Wipe off fuel, oil or brake fluid immediately on contact — prolonged exposure will damage both the microfiber and TPU components.
