The Pro Circuit Dual Spark Arrestor Screen is a replacement screen designed to fit Pro Circuit T-5, T-6 and Ti-6 silencers, as well as dual and mini exhaust systems.
A spark arrestor screen is required for riding in many forestry, state park and fire-restricted areas, and it is a wear item that needs periodic inspection and replacement. This is the direct replacement part for riders who need to keep an existing Pro Circuit silencer compliant and in good working order.

- Inspect the screen regularly for holes, tears, burn-through or carbon build-up, and replace it if the mesh is damaged in any way.
- Clean carbon deposits from the screen with a suitable solvent and a soft brush, then allow it to dry fully before refitting.
- Do not run the exhaust with the spark arrestor screen removed or damaged if you ride where a spark arrestor is legally required.
- Make sure the retaining hardware is fitted and correctly tightened before riding, and re-check it after the first ride.
- Check the screen and fasteners after any get-off or impact to the silencer.
- Carry out inspection with the exhaust completely cool to avoid burns.
- Confirm the part suits your specific silencer before fitting, as it is intended for Pro Circuit T-5, T-6, Ti-6 and dual or mini systems.
