The Berik SP1 Carbon is a long-cuff leather sports glove built for road and track riding, finished in a black, red and white colourway. The chassis is premium goat leather with perforated inserts through the panels that need airflow, and double stitching throughout for durability.

Protection comes from carbon knuckle armour and palm sliders, backed by a dual closure system that secures the glove at both the wrist and the cuff so it stays put in a slide. Try the gloves on with the wrist strap and cuff strap both fastened — leather sports gloves should feel snug when new and will mould to the hand over the first few rides.
Allow a short break-in period; the goat leather softens with use, so avoid buying a size up to compensate for initial stiffness.
Wipe road grime off with a soft, damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap, then wipe away residue with a clean damp cloth.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry or soak the gloves; harsh detergents and solvents will strip the leather of its oils.
If the gloves get wet, let them dry naturally at room temperature away from direct sunlight, heaters and exhaust pipes — forced heat causes leather to shrink and harden.
Apply a leather conditioner suitable for garment leather occasionally to keep the panels supple, taking care to keep it off the carbon knuckles and palm sliders.
