The Shoei Neotec II is a premium modular touring helmet that combines the protection of a full-face design with the practical convenience of a flip-up chin bar. Designed for long-distance riders who refuse to compromise on refinement, it sits at the top of Shoei's touring range and is built around the brand's AIM+ composite shell construction.
The Separator TC-3 colourway applies a bold graphic treatment to a helmet already distinguished by its aerodynamic profile, integrated drop-down sun visor, and refined interior. It suits riders who cover serious distance on open roads and want a helmet that performs as well on a commute as it does on a tour.

- Clean the outer shell with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid petroleum-based solvents, spirit-based cleaners or abrasive cloths that can damage the shell finish or graphic lacquer.
- Clean the face shield with warm water and a soft cloth — never wipe a dry visor, as dust particles will scratch the surface.
- If a Pinlock insert is fitted, clean it separately with warm water only; alcohol and solvents will damage the insert.
- Remove and hand-wash the interior liner using mild detergent; allow it to air dry completely before reinstalling.
- Do not tumble-dry or iron the liner, and avoid drying near direct heat sources such as radiators.
- Lower the inner sun visor fully before riding at night or in low-light conditions; the tinted inner visor is not suitable for night use.
- Periodically inspect the chin strap, D-ring fastening and chin bar locking mechanism for wear, corrosion or play; have damaged components assessed by an authorised Shoei dealer.
- Do not paint, drill, modify or apply adhesive stickers to the helmet shell, as this can compromise structural integrity.
- Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even where no visible damage is apparent; internal EPS liner damage is not always visible externally.
- Shoei recommends retiring the helmet after five years of use from date of first use, or seven years from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first — the manufacture date is printed on the label inside the helmet.
