Clean the outer shell with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and lukewarm water; avoid petroleum-based solvents, petrol, brake fluid, or abrasive cleaners that can damage the shell finish and graphics.
Clean the visor with lukewarm water and a mild detergent using a soft, lint-free cloth; never wipe a dry visor, as dust particles will scratch the lens surface.
Remove the interior cheek pads and head liner for washing; hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent and allow to air dry completely before refitting — do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Insert the Pinlock 120 EVO lens into the inner visor rim clips to minimise fogging in cold or humid riding conditions; ensure the seal contacts the visor evenly around its full perimeter.
Operate the QSV-2 inner sun shield lever smoothly; keep the channel free of dust and debris to prevent stiffness.
Inspect the chin bar latching mechanism before each ride to confirm it engages and locks securely in both the open and closed positions.
Store the helmet in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel vapour, and chemical fumes; avoid placing heavy objects on top of it.
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if no external damage is visible — EPS liner compression is not reversible and protection cannot be restored.
