The Shoei J-Cruise II Aglero in TC-5 is an open-face touring helmet built around Shoei's precision Japanese manufacturing. The defining feature is a built-in drop-down inner sun visor that lets riders move between bright and overcast conditions without pulling over to swap lenses.

The Aglero graphic in the TC-5 black and grey colourway gives the helmet a clean, understated finish suited to both city commuting and longer touring days. The J-Cruise II is aimed at riders who prefer the openness and peripheral vision of a 3/4 shell without sacrificing the comfort expected on extended rides.

  • Integrated drop-down inner sun visor — no lens swap required
  • Open-face 3/4 shell design for wide peripheral vision and ventilation
  • Removable and washable inner comfort liner and cheek pads
  • Aglero graphic in TC-5 black and grey colourway
  • Shoei precision manufacturing, made in Japan

  • Clean the outer shell with a soft damp cloth and mild soap; rinse thoroughly and allow to air-dry before storage.
  • Clean the visor lenses with water and a clean lint-free cloth only — abrasive materials and solvent-based products will permanently scratch the lens surface.
  • Remove the inner comfort liner and cheek pads for hand-washing in cool water with mild detergent; air-dry fully before refitting.
  • Never use petrol, paint thinners, brake fluid or aerosol sprays near the helmet — these degrade shell laminates, liner foams and retention-system components.
  • Test the drop-down inner sun visor mechanism regularly to confirm it latches securely in both the raised and lowered positions.
  • Inspect the chin strap, buckle and strap webbing periodically for fraying, cracking or any sign of degradation.
  • Replace the helmet after any significant impact even if no external damage is visible — the EPS energy-absorbing liner may be internally compromised.
  • Store in the supplied helmet bag in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, UV sources and fuel vapours when not in use.
