The Shoei J-Cruise is an open-face touring helmet built around Shoei's AIM multi-fibre shell construction, offering the open feel of a jet-style lid alongside practical features suited to longer road trips. A drop-down internal sun visor means riders can adjust tint on the go without stopping to swap lenses.

The CORSO TC-10 colourway presents the helmet in a satin matt black graphic finish — a restrained, road-ready look that suits a wide range of bikes and riding styles.

As with all Shoei helmets, the J-Cruise features a removable and washable interior, making it a low-maintenance companion for everyday and touring use.

  • Open-face (jet-style) design for unobstructed peripheral vision and ventilation
  • AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix) multi-fibre composite shell for low weight and structural integrity
  • Drop-down internal sun visor for on-the-fly tint control without stopping
  • Removable and washable interior liner and cheek pads for long-term hygiene
  • Multiple shell sizes across the size run to optimise fit and proportions
  • Emergency cheek pad removal system (EQRS) for first-responder access
  • CORSO TC-10 satin matt black graphic finish

  • Clean the outer shell with a soft cloth dampened with warm water and mild soap; never use petroleum-based cleaners, solvents, or abrasive cloths that can degrade the matt finish or the shell material.
  • Clean the outer visor and internal sun visor with a damp microfibre cloth; do not dry-wipe a dusty visor as grit will scratch the lens surface.
  • Remove the interior liner and cheek pads and hand-wash them in lukewarm water with a small amount of mild detergent; rinse thoroughly and allow to air-dry completely before refitting — do not use a tumble dryer.
  • Inspect the chin strap, micro-ratchet or D-ring buckle, and retention system stitching regularly for signs of wear, fraying, or corrosion.
  • Check the drop-down sun visor mechanism periodically to ensure smooth deployment and full retraction; keep the pivot points free of grit.
  • Store the helmet in its supplied bag or a clean, ventilated space away from direct sunlight, petrol fumes, paint fumes, and chemical solvents, all of which can silently degrade the EPS liner.
  • Do not apply non-approved stickers, paint, or adhesives to the shell; some solvents in these products can compromise structural integrity without visible damage.
  • Replace the helmet following any impact — even if there is no visible external damage — as the EPS liner is a single-use energy absorber that deforms permanently on impact.
  • As a general guideline, plan to replace the helmet every five years from the date of first use, or sooner if the shell, retention system, or interior show signs of significant wear or degradation.
