The Shoei GT-Air II is a premium full-face touring helmet built for riders who demand long-distance comfort without sacrificing protection or versatility. Constructed around Shoei's AIM+ multi-composite fibre shell, it delivers a well-proven balance of impact performance and reduced weight across a range of ride conditions.

The Panorama TC-10 is a bold graphic variant of the GT-Air II range. An integrated QSV-2 drop-down sun visor — operable with one gloved hand — removes the need to carry a separate tinted shield, making this helmet a practical choice for all-day touring in Australia's variable light conditions.

A 3D Max-Dry System interior manages moisture during extended rides, while the Emergency Quick Release (EQR) cheek pad system allows first responders to remove the cheek pads quickly when needed.

  • Clean the outer shell with a mild soap solution and a soft, damp cloth; never use petroleum-based cleaners, solvents or abrasive pads, which can damage the composite shell and surface finish.
  • Clean the face shield and sun visor with warm water and a soft microfibre cloth only — dry or abrasive cloths will scratch anti-reflective and UV coatings.
  • Remove the Pinlock EVO insert periodically and clean both the insert and the inner surface of the face shield with clean water; ensure the insert seal is properly reseated after cleaning.
  • Remove the cheek pads and crown liner and hand-wash in cool water with a mild detergent; reshape and allow to air dry completely before refitting — do not tumble dry or expose to direct heat.
  • Check and clean the QSV-2 sun visor pivot mechanism and face shield ratchet regularly to remove road grime; a stiff mechanism is usually caused by built-up dirt, not mechanical wear.
  • Inspect the EQR cheek pad release tabs before each season to confirm they engage and release correctly.
  • Do not apply aftermarket stickers, paint, or adhesive products to the shell without confirming solvent compatibility with Shoei — many adhesive solvents degrade composite fibre shells.
  • Store the helmet in its protective bag in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel vapours and chemicals, all of which accelerate degradation of EPS foam and liner materials.
  • Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if no external damage is visible — EPS liner foam does not recover and provides reduced protection after a hard strike.
  • Shoei recommends replacing helmets no later than seven years from the date of manufacture, or five years from the date of first use, whichever comes first, due to material degradation over time.
