  • Clean the outer shell with mild soap and lukewarm water using a soft microfibre cloth; never use petrol-based cleaners, solvents, or abrasive products, as these degrade the shell and graphic finish.
  • Clean the visor with a dedicated visor cleaner or mild soapy water; use only a soft cloth — paper towels and abrasive cloths will scratch the optical surface.
  • To clean the Pinlock EVO insert, remove it from the visor and wipe gently with a damp, lint-free cloth; reinstall carefully to maintain the airtight seal that prevents fogging.
  • Remove the interior liner and cheek pads for hand-washing in mild detergent and lukewarm water; air dry thoroughly before reinstalling — do not machine-wash or tumble dry.
  • Replace the helmet following any significant impact, even where no external damage is visible; EPS liner compression is internal and cannot be assessed by appearance alone.
  • Store the helmet in its bag away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, fuel, and petrochemical fumes; prolonged exposure to any of these degrades both the shell material and retention system.
  • Check visor pivot mechanisms and vent sliders periodically for smooth operation and clear any debris from vent channels that may restrict airflow.
  • Do not apply aftermarket stickers, non-manufacturer paint, or chemical treatments to the shell without confirming compatibility, as these may compromise structural integrity.
