The Thor Sentry Stealth Body Guard is a soft-shell body armour jacket built for riders who want certified impact protection without the bulk of a hard-shell roost deflector. A stretch mesh chassis carries pocketed pads at the chest, back, shoulders and elbows, so the armour stays where it is meant to sit while the garment moves with you.
It suits off-road, adventure and trail riding where breathability matters as much as coverage. The full-length zipper makes it easy to get in and out of, and the Lycra collar with flat stitched seams keeps contact points comfortable under a jersey or jacket. Every impact pad can be taken out for cleaning.

- Remove all chest, back, shoulder and elbow impact pads from their pockets before cleaning the garment.
- Clean the removed pads separately by wiping them down with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow them to dry fully before refitting.
- Allow the garment and pads to air dry away from direct heat sources; heat can distort impact pads and damage the stretch mesh.
- Avoid solvents, petrol, brake cleaner and bleach on the mesh or the pads.
- Check before every ride that each pad is seated correctly in its pocket and that the full-length zipper closes completely, so the armour sits over the intended body areas.
- Fit the body guard snugly enough that the pads cannot shift during riding — a loose fit moves protection away from the impact zone.
- Inspect the pads and the mesh after any crash or heavy impact and replace anything that is cracked, compressed, torn or no longer holding its shape; impact pads are not designed for repeated heavy hits.
- Store flat or on a hanger in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, with the pads refitted so they keep their shape.
- Dry the garment thoroughly before storage after wet or muddy rides to prevent odour and material breakdown.
