The RST S-1 CE One Piece Leather Suit is a hard-wearing full-grain leather one-piece built for riders stepping into track days, ride days and race school without stepping up to a full custom suit. It carries a CE AAA rating — the highest class for motorcycle garments — and comes fitted with CE-rated shoulder, elbow, hip and knee armour, plus a pocket for a back protector insert.

Ergonomic four-way stretch panels and leather motion panels sit at the flex points so the suit moves with you in a race tuck, while a mesh inner lining and neoprene cuffs keep contact points comfortable over long sessions. Panel-in-panel perforated leather aids airflow and double leather at impact areas adds abrasion resistance where it matters most.

Expect a short break-in period — full grain leather is firm when new and will mould to your riding position after a few rides.
Check all armour (shoulder, elbow, hip, knee) is seated correctly in its pockets before every ride, and that the main zip and cuff closures are fully done up.
Wipe the leather with a soft, damp cloth after each ride to remove dust, insects and road grime; avoid solvents, petrol, bleach and household cleaners.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry or dry clean the suit.
If the suit gets wet, hang it on a wide hanger to air dry at room temperature, away from direct heat, sunlight, heaters and hair dryers — forced heat will shrink and harden the leather.
Apply a leather conditioner suited to motorcycle apparel occasionally to keep the hide supple; do not over-treat perforated panels, and test on a hidden area first.
Hang the suit on a broad, sturdy hanger in a cool, dry, well-ventilated space rather than folding it or leaving it in a bag or a hot boot.
Inspect knee sliders for wear and replace them once worn through, before they compromise the leather underneath.
Add a CE-rated back protector insert to the rear pocket if you want back coverage — the suit ships without one.
After any crash or slide, inspect the leather, seams, stretch panels and armour carefully; have significant damage repaired professionally or retire the suit.
