The Rjays Mission Hoodie is a protective riding hoodie built for riders who want armoured cover without looking like they've just stepped off a racetrack. A three-layer softshell shell is combined with 500D polyester mesh, so the casual hooded silhouette hides a genuine motorcycle garment underneath.

It suits commuters, urban riders and anyone who rides to a destination where a full touring jacket feels out of place. CE Level 2 armour sits in the shoulders and elbows, the protector pockets are reinforced with DuPont Kevlar fibre based fabric, and large mesh panels keep airflow moving through town. The hood detaches when you'd rather ride without it, and a waist connection zip lets the hoodie be joined to trousers fitted with a matching zip.

Finished in the Night Ops Camo colourway with a leather debossed logo patch and reflective print for low-light visibility.

Check that the shoulder and elbow armour is seated flat in its pockets and sits over the joint before every ride; refit it after washing.
Remove all armour and the EVA back pad before cleaning, and take the hood off so it can be cleaned and dried separately.
Close the hook-and-loop wrist closures and do up the zips before washing so they don't snag or abrade the softshell face fabric.
Wash gently with a mild detergent following the care label sewn into the garment; avoid bleach, fabric softener, solvents and petrol or degreaser splashes, which can damage the softshell membrane and the reflective print.
Drip or line dry away from direct sunlight, heaters and exhaust pipes, and do not tumble dry — heat can distort the softshell layers and the leather logo patch.
Do not iron over the reflective print, the leather debossed patch or the armour pockets.
Spot-clean road grime off the reflective print with a damp cloth so it keeps working at night.
Store on a wide hanger in a cool, dry, well-ventilated spot, fully dry, so the mesh liner and shell don't develop mildew.
Inspect the armour and stitching periodically and replace any armour that has taken an impact, been crushed or gone hard — it will not protect as intended a second time.
Use the waist connection zip only with trousers fitted with a compatible matching zip; forcing a mismatched zip will damage the slider.
