  • Clean the outer shell using mild soap and warm water applied with a soft cloth; avoid petroleum-based solvents, spray waxes or abrasive cleaners that can degrade the shell finish or internal EPS liner.
  • Never submerge the helmet in water or use a pressure washer on any component.
  • Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and away from fuel, oil or chemical vapours, which can silently degrade structural materials.
  • Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even when no visible damage is apparent — the EPS liner can be internally compromised without showing outward signs.
  • Inspect the retention system (chin strap and buckle) regularly for fraying, cracking or loss of function; replace if any deterioration is found.
  • Do not paint, drill, modify or apply adhesive stickers directly to the outer shell, as doing so may compromise structural integrity.
  • When not in use, keep the visor closed or place a soft cloth over the eye port to prevent scratching.
  • Replace the visor promptly if deep scratches appear, as impaired optical clarity poses a safety hazard in riding conditions.
