The Rjays Adventure Pant is an all-season textile riding pant built for adventure and touring use. A tough outer shell is overlaid with 1000D nylon through the key impact areas, while removable waterproof and thermal liners let you set the pant up for anything from a hot summer run to a cold, wet commute.
Large ventilation intakes move air through the leg when the weather warms up, and multiple stretch panels keep the pant comfortable in the riding position rather than only on the hanger. Height-adjustable CE knee armour, waist adjusters and detachable braces mean the fit can be dialled in to the rider.

- Remove the waterproof liner, the thermal liner and the CE knee armour before washing the outer shell, and follow the sewn-in care label for wash temperature and detergent.
- Wash the removable liners separately from the outer shell and let all parts air-dry fully before refitting; do not put the armour in a washing machine or dryer.
- Spot-clean the outer shell with a soft damp cloth and mild soap for road grime and insects rather than using solvents, bleach or petrol-based cleaners.
- Set the knee armour to the correct height for your leg before riding and re-check it after washing or refitting the liners, so it sits over the knee in the riding position.
- Run the waterproof liner in for wet or cold rides and take it out in hot weather; the pant is not waterproof with the liner removed.
- Close the AVS vents in rain and cold conditions and open them for airflow once the weather warms up.
- Use the waist adjusters and detachable braces to stop the pant dropping in the riding position, especially with the thermal liner removed.
- Join the pant to a matching Rjays Adventure jacket with the connection zips, and keep all zips clean and free of grit so they run smoothly.
- Hang the pant to dry after wet rides rather than drying it on a heater or in direct sun, and store it on a hanger in a cool, dry place out of sunlight.
- Inspect the shell, stitching, nylon reinforcement panels and armour pockets periodically, and replace armour or the garment after a crash or if the shell is torn or abraded.
