The Rizoma Notch front brake fluid reservoir replaces the standard plastic reservoir with a machined billet aluminium unit, finished in anodised Shine Black. Its pared-back, notched profile is designed to tidy up the cockpit and lift the finish of the bar area without drawing attention away from the rest of the bike.

It suits riders building a considered street, sport or custom bike who want a functional upgrade rather than a purely cosmetic one. The reservoir is TÜV/ABE certified and is intended for use with a front brake master cylinder.

Important: Rizoma fluid reservoirs are not compatible with motorcycles whose brake or clutch fluid reservoir is integrated into the master cylinder. Please confirm your master cylinder type before ordering.

Before fitting, confirm your motorcycle uses a separate (non-integrated) front brake fluid reservoir — this unit will not work with master cylinders that have the reservoir built in.
Select the nozzle that matches your hose: Ø 7 mm 90°, Ø 8 mm 90° or Ø 8 mm straight, and fit the supplied EPDM gasket to seal the cap.
Fill only with DOT 3, DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 brake fluid as specified for your motorcycle; do not mix fluid types.
Bleed the front brake system after installation and check for leaks at the nozzle, hose and cap before riding.
Check the fluid level and top up in line with your motorcycle manufacturer's service schedule, and replace brake fluid at the recommended interval — brake fluid absorbs moisture over time.
Wipe up any spilled brake fluid straight away with a damp cloth and clean water; brake fluid can mark the anodised finish and surrounding paintwork.
Clean the reservoir with a soft damp cloth and mild soap only. Avoid solvents, abrasive pads and strong degreasers, which can dull or damage the anodising.
Avoid aiming a pressure washer directly at the reservoir, cap or hose fitting.
Re-check the mounting hardware and hose connection periodically, particularly after the first few rides.
If you are not confident working on the brake system, have installation and bleeding carried out by a qualified motorcycle technician.
