The MotoDry Rallye 2 is a ladies-specific adventure touring jacket built around a 600 denier heavy-duty abrasion-resistant outer shell, cut and styled for a women's fit rather than resized from a men's pattern.

It runs MotoDry's Dual Liner System, with separate detachable waterproof and thermal liners, so the same jacket works as a wet-weather shell, a winter layer, or a vented warm-weather jacket once both liners come out. CE shoulder and elbow armour and a removable HDF back protector are included, and a full complement of zippered vents, adjusters and a jacket-to-pants connecting zip round it out.

Remove both liners and take out the shoulder, elbow and back armour before cleaning the outer shell.
Clean the outer shell by hand with a soft brush or damp cloth and a mild detergent; avoid solvents, bleach, petrol and fabric softeners, which can damage the coating and reflective panels.
Wash the detachable liners separately by hand in cool water with a mild detergent and allow them to drip dry.
Dry the jacket and liners naturally away from direct sunlight, heaters and exhaust pipes; do not tumble dry or iron.
Fit the waterproof liner before riding in the wet — it is a removable membrane liner, not a permanently sealed outer, so the shell itself will wet out.
Refit all armour after washing and check it sits correctly over the shoulders, elbows and spine before riding.
Run zips and the Clip-Air vent and collar closures clear of grit and lubricate them occasionally with a zip lubricant so they stay free.
Adjust the arm straps and waist belt so armour stays in position, and use the jacket-to-pants connecting zip with matching MotoDry pants to keep the jacket from riding up.
Store on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place with the liners removed and the jacket fully dry to prevent mildew and odour.
Inspect seams, stitching, closures and armour after any crash or heavy wear, and replace impact armour that has taken a hit.
