The Polisport Supermoto SM Universal Front Fender is a replacement front guard for supermoto and converted dirt bike builds, finished in a Yamaha Blue colour match. Its universal shape suits riders fitting a shorter, closer-mounted supermoto-style fender rather than a long enduro guard.
It is injection moulded from Polisport's DGP (durable gloss polypropylene), a material chosen to balance rigidity with flexibility so the fender absorbs knocks and roost without cracking. The gloss finish is designed to hold its colour and resist scratching and marking better than standard plastics.
A cost-effective way to tidy up tired or damaged bodywork, or to colour-match a supermoto conversion. Supplied as a fender only — check your existing mounting points and hardware before ordering.

- Wash with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft sponge or microfibre cloth; rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Avoid petrol, brake cleaner, solvents and strong degreasers, which can dull or craze polypropylene.
- Remove mud, roost and bug residue before it dries and bakes on — dried debris is far more likely to leave scratches when wiped off.
- Keep high-pressure washers well back and off the fender edges and mounting points; concentrated jets can distort the plastic or force water into fittings.
- As a universal fender, check the mounting points on your fork guards, triple clamp or bracket before fitting, and drill any required holes slowly with a sharp bit to avoid cracking.
- Use the correct fasteners with washers spreading the load, and tighten by hand only — overtightening will dimple or split the plastic around the holes.
- Re-check fastener tightness after the first ride and periodically thereafter, as plastics can settle and bolts loosen with vibration.
- Store the bike or spare fender out of prolonged direct sunlight to help the gloss and colour last.
- Inspect for stress cracks around mounting holes after any crash or heavy impact and replace the fender if cracked — a split guard can break away at speed.
