The Polisport Supermoto Line Front Fender gives your bike the short, aggressive supermoto look in a moulded blue finish. It is designed as a straightforward replacement or conversion fender for riders building a motard-styled machine or refreshing tired, cracked bodywork.

It uses Polisport's UFX universal mounting system, so it fits a range of bikes without drilling — the fender and the supplied mounting parts simply bolt into place. A vented profile is built into the design, keeping the styling consistent with Polisport's Supermoto Line range.

Supplied as part number 75-855-35B with Honda and Suzuki UFX mounting parts included.

  • Check that the UFX mounting part supplied for your make is the correct one before fitting, and dry-fit the fender first to confirm clearance.
  • Tighten the mounting hardware evenly and firmly, but avoid over-tightening — moulded plastic can distort or crack under excessive clamping force.
  • With the front suspension fully compressed, confirm the fender does not contact the tyre, fork guards or brake line.
  • Re-check the mounting bolts after the first ride and periodically thereafter, as vibration can loosen fasteners.
  • Wash with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft sponge or cloth; rinse thoroughly and dry.
  • Avoid petrol, brake cleaner, harsh solvents and abrasive pads, which can dull, stain or craze the plastic surface.
  • Keep a high-pressure washer lance well back from the fender and its mounting points rather than blasting them directly.
  • Inspect for stress cracks around the mounting holes after any crash or heavy impact, and replace the fender if cracking is found.
  • Store spare or off-season fenders flat and out of direct sunlight to help prevent fading and warping.
