The Polisport MX Re-Style Kit is a complete plastic bodywork set designed to refresh the appearance of Beta RR two-stroke and four-stroke models from the 2018–2019 model years. It provides a straightforward path to updating worn or damaged OEM plastics with a clean, factory-style finish in black.
Made by Polisport — a specialist in motorcycle and motocross plastics — this kit is engineered for direct OEM-equivalent fitment on compatible Beta RR models. The inclusion of a headlight surround means the front end receives a cohesive update alongside the rest of the bodywork.

- Clean plastics with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth or sponge; avoid harsh solvents, petrol, or abrasive pads that can cloud or crack the plastic.
- Rinse thoroughly with low-pressure water after washing — do not use high-pressure jets directly on panel edges or mounting tabs.
- Inspect all bolts and mounting points after the first few rides; plastic panels can settle slightly and fasteners may need a final snug.
- Do not over-torque mounting bolts — finger-tight plus a quarter-turn is generally sufficient to avoid cracking the tabs.
- Store spare or removed panels flat, away from direct sunlight and heat, which can cause warping or colour fade over time.
- Minor scratches can often be buffed out with a plastic-specific polish; deep gouges are best left as cosmetic marks unless a replacement panel is sourced.
- If fitting decals, ensure the panel surface is fully clean and dry before application for best adhesion.
