A complete replacement plastics kit from Polisport for the 1993-1995 Yamaha YZ125 and YZ250, supplied in the OEM white colourway from Polisport's Vintage Collection. It covers the bike front to back, so a tired, scratched or cracked set of panels can be swapped out in one go rather than piece by piece.
Each component is injection moulded for an OEM-type fit, using durable gloss polypropylene that resists UV and keeps its shine. That makes it a straightforward choice for restorations, race-day refreshes, or anyone bringing an early-90s YZ back to a clean, standard look.

- Check that each panel matches the part it replaces before removing any original bodywork, and keep the bike's existing fasteners, grommets and washers for reassembly.
- Fit the panels in a warm space or with the plastics left in the sun for a while beforehand — warm polypropylene flexes more easily and is less likely to be stressed during alignment.
- Start every fastener by hand and leave them loose until all panels are located, then tighten evenly and only lightly; over-tightening bolts through polypropylene will dimple or crack the mounting points.
- Re-check all bodywork fasteners after the first ride and periodically thereafter, as vibration can loosen them.
- Wash with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft cloth or sponge, then rinse and dry.
- Avoid petrol, brake cleaner, harsh solvents and abrasive pads or scourers, which dull and craze the gloss finish.
- Keep a pressure washer well back and off the panel edges and graphic seams — close-range high pressure can lift decals and force water into panel joints.
- Apply graphics to clean, dry, degreased plastics and work out air bubbles as you go; the gloss surface needs to be free of polish or protectant residue for adhesive to key properly.
- Store the bike out of prolonged direct sunlight where practical, as UV exposure over time will still fade white plastics.
- Replace any panel that develops a crack around a mounting point rather than riding on it, as cracks propagate quickly under vibration and impact.
