The Polisport MX Plastic Kit is a direct-fit replacement body set for the Suzuki RM125 and RM250, covering model years 1993 to 1995. Finished in OEM colours, it restores the original factory appearance of these classic two-stroke motocross machines.
Polisport is a well-regarded Portuguese manufacturer of aftermarket motorcycle and MX plastics, producing panels engineered to fit and mount as the originals did. This kit suits riders restoring a worn machine or replacing panels damaged from hard use on the track or trail.

- Clean panels with mild soap and warm water using a soft cloth or sponge; avoid petroleum-based solvents, abrasive cleaners, or close-range compressed air, which can damage the plastic surface.
- Do not overtighten mounting bolts or screws when fitting panels — follow the bike manufacturer's torque specification to prevent stress cracking around mounting tabs.
- Inspect all mounting tabs and bolt holes for hairline cracks after hard impacts; replace any cracked panel before continued riding to prevent further damage from vibration.
- Store spare or removed panels flat, away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources, to minimise UV-related colour fade and plastic degradation.
- Avoid prolonged contact with fuels, chain lubricants, and brake fluids, as these can stain or soften plastic panels.
- Remove heavy caked mud from behind panels before it dries, as dried mud can create pressure points that flex and stress bodywork over time.
