The Polisport Restyle MX Plastics Kit brings the bodywork of a 2002-2007 Honda CR125 or CR250 up to date with 2022 CRF styling, in gloss red. It is a complete front-to-back set, so a tired, faded or cracked two-stroke can be refreshed in one go rather than panel by panel.
Every piece is injection moulded for an OEM-type fit and made from durable, UV-resistant polypropylene with a high-gloss finish, so the colour holds up to sunlight, mud and pressure washing better than aged original plastics. It suits riders restoring an older CR, updating the look of a race bike, or replacing damaged bodywork after a season of motocross.
Fits Honda CR125 and CR250, 2002 to 2007. Graphics are not part of this kit.

- Test-fit every panel loosely first and only tighten fasteners once the whole kit is aligned, as restyle panels locate off each other.
- Transfer the original mounting hardware, grommets, well nuts and spacers from the old plastics, and replace any that are perished or missing.
- Do not overtighten bolts; plastics need a small amount of movement, and over-torqued fasteners are the most common cause of stress cracks around mounting holes.
- In cold weather, let the panels warm up in the sun for a few minutes before fitting so they flex more easily.
- Re-check all fasteners after the first ride, then periodically through the season.
- Wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge or microfibre cloth; avoid abrasive pads, scouring compounds, petrol and strong solvents, which dull the gloss finish.
- Keep a pressure washer nozzle well back and off a direct, close-range blast on panel edges and graphics.
- Restore shine with a plastic-safe detailer or polish rather than cutting compound.
- Keep panels clear of the exhaust header and silencer, and check clearance after fitting an aftermarket pipe.
- Store spare panels flat and out of direct sunlight and heat so they do not distort.
- Apply graphics to clean, degreased plastic only; residual polish or silicone will stop them adhering.
