Polisport frame protectors shield the frame spars of your Husqvarna from roost, rock strikes and boot scuffing, so the paint and alloy underneath stay in far better shape over a season of racing or trail riding. They are moulded from durable plastic with a textured face that mirrors the OEM frame finish, giving your boots something to grip against when you're weighting the pegs or squeezing the bike through rough terrain.
The profile is deliberately slim, so the protectors add grip without pushing your legs out or interfering with boot placement. They suit Husqvarna FC and TC models 2023-2024, TC250 2017-2020, and TE/FE models 2024, and come with the mounting hardware needed to fit them. Check your exact model and year against the fitment listing before ordering.

- Confirm fitment against your exact model and year before installation - use the bike selector or check the listed model/year range.
- Clean and degrease the frame spars before fitting so the protectors sit flat and the hardware seats correctly.
- Fit using the supplied hardware only, and tighten fasteners evenly and progressively rather than fully torquing one side first.
- Re-check the fasteners after the first ride, then periodically through the season, as vibration can loosen them.
- Remove the protectors periodically for cleaning - mud, sand and grit trapped between the protector and frame can chafe the finish underneath.
- Wash with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft brush or cloth; avoid harsh solvents, fuel or brake cleaner, which can damage the plastic.
- Keep a pressure washer well back and off the edges of the protectors, or wash by hand, to avoid forcing water and grit behind them.
- Inspect after crashes and heavy roost exposure, and replace the protectors once they are cracked, deeply gouged or worn through, as a worn protector no longer shields the frame.
