The Pirelli City Dragon is a road tyre built for everyday urban riding, and this is the 90/90-18 M/C 57P TL Reinf rear fitment. It suits commuters and small-capacity street bikes that spend their days on city streets, in traffic and on suburban runs, where predictable grip and steady wear matter more than outright performance.
It carries the aggressive tread styling of Pirelli's Dragon line, with a reinforced tubeless casing intended to cope with a fully loaded bike — rider, pillion and luggage. The design focus is on stability, wet-weather water dispersal and confident braking in the sort of stop-start conditions urban riders deal with daily.

- Have the tyre fitted and balanced by a qualified motorcycle tyre fitter — never attempt to mount a tubeless tyre without the correct equipment.
- Fit a new valve (and valve core) at the same time as the tyre, and check the rim is clean, true and free of damage or corrosion so the tubeless bead can seal properly.
- Observe any rotation-direction arrow moulded into the sidewall when fitting.
- Ride gently for the first stretch after fitting so the new tread can scrub in — avoid hard acceleration, heavy braking and deep lean angles until the release agent has worn off the surface.
- Check pressures cold, before riding, at least every couple of weeks and before any long trip; set them to the pressure specified by your motorcycle's manufacturer on the placard or in the owner's manual, adjusting for pillion and luggage loads.
- Do not exceed the tyre's load index or speed symbol, and never run it under-inflated — both cause overheating and rapid, uneven wear.
- Inspect regularly for cuts, embedded objects, bulges, cracking and uneven wear, and check tread depth against the legal minimum in your state; replace the tyre if it is damaged or worn out.
- After any puncture, loss of pressure or kerb strike, have the tyre inspected internally by a professional rather than relying on a plug alone.
- Clean with mild soap and water only; keep petrol, oils, solvents and tyre-shine dressings off the tread, as they can degrade the rubber and reduce grip.
- Store spare or unfitted tyres upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and away from electric motors and other ozone sources.
