The Pirelli Angel ST is a sport touring radial built for riders who want confident road manners across changing conditions. This is the 160/60ZR17 M/C (69W) TL rear fitment, sized for modern sports tourers, naked bikes and mid-to-large capacity road machines running a 17-inch rear wheel.
Pirelli describes the Angel ST as the tyre with a "double soul" — a sport touring compound aimed at wet-weather safety without giving up dry grip, paired with front and rear profiles developed for neutral, progressive steering. Underneath, a 0° steel belt carcass helps the tyre warm up quickly, spread heat evenly and hold its shape over long touring distances.
Sold individually as a rear tyre. Fitting and balancing by a qualified tyre technician is required.

- Have the tyre fitted and balanced by a qualified tyre technician using correct equipment — do not attempt home fitting on a tubeless motorcycle rim.
- Check that the size, load index and speed rating meet or exceed the fitment specified in your motorcycle's owner's manual and tyre placard before fitting.
- As a tubeless (TL) tyre, fit only to a rim in sound condition that is rated for tubeless use; do not fit an inner tube unless the tyre and rim manufacturer permits it.
- Observe the direction-of-rotation arrow moulded on the sidewall when mounting.
- Ride gently and progressively during the run-in period so the release agents wear off and the new tread surface scrubs in — avoid hard acceleration, heavy braking and deep lean angles until the full tread width has been used.
- Check and adjust cold inflation pressure regularly to the figure specified by your motorcycle manufacturer; correct pressure is critical to handling, grip, wear and load capacity.
- Inspect the tread and sidewalls periodically for cuts, embedded objects, bulges, uneven wear or deformation, and have the tyre assessed by a professional after any impact, kerb strike or sudden pressure loss.
- Replace the tyre once the tread wear indicators are reached, or earlier if wear becomes uneven or damage is found.
- Clean with mild soapy water and rinse — keep tyre dressings, solvents, petrol and silicone-based shine products off the tread surface.
- Store spare tyres flat or upright in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, oils, chemicals and electric motors that generate ozone.
- Do not exceed the tyre's load or speed rating, and re-balance the wheel after any repair or refitting.
