Genuine O'Neal spare-part kit for the Rider Pro boot, consisting of a metal toe cap and the screws needed to fit it. The toe cap is the sacrificial wear item at the front of the boot, taking the brunt of gear-shifting and ground contact so the boot upper doesn't.

Suits riders who want to refresh a worn or damaged toe cap rather than replace an otherwise serviceable pair of boots. This kit covers Rider Pro boots in sizes 39 to 49.

  • Genuine O'Neal replacement part for Rider Pro boots
  • Metal toe cap protects the front of the boot from shift and ground wear
  • Mounting screws included
  • Covers Rider Pro boot sizes 39–49
  • Restores a worn boot instead of replacing the pair
  • O'Neal Rider Pro metal toe cap
  • Mounting screws

  • Fit only to O'Neal Rider Pro boots in sizes 39–49; check the part against the old toe cap before drilling or driving any screw.
  • Remove the worn toe cap and its screws first, then seat the new cap flush against the boot toe before starting the screws.
  • Start all screws by hand and tighten them evenly in an alternating pattern so the cap sits square and does not distort the toe box.
  • Do not overtighten — the screws thread into the boot sole and upper, and stripping the mounting points is difficult to repair.
  • Re-check screw tightness after the first ride and periodically thereafter, as vibration and shift-lever contact can loosen fasteners.
  • Wipe mud and grit off the cap after riding and dry the boot at room temperature; do not force-dry near a heater or in direct sun.
  • Inspect the cap for cracks, heavy gouging or lifting edges, and replace it once it is worn through rather than letting it damage the boot underneath.
  • Store the kit in its packaging in a dry place so the screws and cap do not corrode before fitting.
