The O'Neal Element Youth Boots Buckle Kit is a replacement buckle set for O'Neal Element youth off-road boots. - Confirm the kit matches your boot model and generation before fitting — compare the old buckle and strap against the replacement parts.
- Fit with the correct screwdriver or driver bit to avoid rounding the fastener heads; support the inner side of the boot shell while tightening.
- Tighten fasteners firmly but do not overtighten, as the boot shell can distort or crack around the mounting points.
- Replace damaged buckles in pairs where wear is even, so closure tension stays consistent across the boot.
- Check buckles and straps before each ride and re-tighten any fasteners that have worked loose through vibration.
- Rinse mud, sand and grit from the buckle mechanism and strap teeth after riding, then allow the boots to air dry away from direct heat.
- Keep the ratchet mechanism free of debris; avoid solvents and harsh degreasers on the buckles and boot materials.
- Store spare kits in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight until needed.
