- Rinse lenses with clean, lukewarm water to remove dust, salt, or sweat before wiping — never dry-wipe a dirty lens.
- Clean lenses with a clean microfibre cloth using a light circular motion; do not use paper towel or clothing fabric.
- Avoid contact between lenses and sunscreen, insect repellent, or solvent-based products, as these can degrade lens coatings.
- Do not use household glass cleaners or abrasive cleaners on the lenses or frame.
- Store the sunglasses in a protective pouch or case when not in use to prevent lens scratching.
- Avoid leaving the sunglasses in confined heat (e.g., on a motorcycle tank, car dashboard) for extended periods, as prolonged high temperatures can warp the O Matter frame.
- When removing the sunglasses, use both hands to avoid stressing the frame temples unevenly.
- Do not place the sunglasses face-down on any surface.
