Clean the outer shell with a soft damp cloth and a mild soap solution; avoid petroleum-based solvents, petrol, abrasive cleaners or acetone, which can degrade the shell material and finish.
Clean the drop-down sun visor and outer visor with lukewarm water and a soft lint-free cloth — never wipe either lens dry, as dry grit will scratch the surface.
If the interior liner is removable, hand-wash it in cool water with a gentle detergent and allow it to air-dry completely before reinserting; never use a tumble dryer.
