Clean the outer shell using a soft cloth and mild soap solution; avoid petroleum-based solvents or abrasive cleaners, which can degrade the shell surface and graphics.
If the interior liner and cheek pads are removable, hand-wash them with a mild detergent and allow to air-dry completely before reinserting — never use a tumble dryer.
Check the peak/visor for cracks, deformation or loose mounting screws before each ride; re-tighten or replace as required.
