– LEXAN shell – LEXAN is the best form of polycarbonate for shell construction due to its superior structural integrity, and impact and penetration resistance. 

– Multi-Density EPS Damping System – Different EPS compounds in specific impact areas ensures maximum shock absorption and disbursement for outstanding safety. 

– 2 Shell Sizes / 6 EPS Sizes / XXS-3XL – Created with the optimal outer shell sizes, and more accurate internal EPS sizing for better helmet fit and increased safety.

– Dual Action Jaw Latch – Regarded as the safest jaw latch on the market, and extremely easy to use even with thick gloves.

– Flip Over Jaw Rotation – Our intelligent mechanism ensures smooth and unobstructed movement of the jaw to the rear of the helmet.

– P/J Flip Over Homologation – Certified to pass Safety Homologation with the jaw in both Open and Closed positions.

VISORS & MECHANISMS

– LEXAN Scratch Resistant Visor – Outstanding strength and safety, optical quality, and Scratch Resistant treatment for long service life.

– Ultrawide Eye Port – For enhanced vertical and lateral vision.

– VPS Vision Protection System with Auto Retract – Drop down visor with UV protection up to 400nm, multiple height settings. Made from LEXAN, and is Anti-Fog treated.

– Visor Lock Tab – Dual action tab can also keep the visor slightly open for air flow.

– Pinlock Anti-Fog Insert – Premium Pinlock Anti-Fog insert. Visor fitted with adjustable Pinlock pins.

– Available Visor Colours – Clear, Dark Tint, Metal Silver.

COMFORT & LINER

– Top Clima Comfort Liner – Premium low-compacting foams, and MicroFiber fabrics and a net construction for excellent comfort, thermoregulatory, and anti-bacterial performance.

– LPC Liner Position Control – A belt system to adjust the fit/height of the crown liner to suit different head shapes.

– 3D Cheek Pads – 3D moulded foam provides increased comfort and stability.

– Eyewear Adaptive – Cheek pads have removable/replaceable panels for increased comfort while using glasses.

– Chin Straps Integrated into Cheek Pads – For a more enclosed feel, extra comfort, and noise reduction.

VENTING & AERODYNAMICS

– CFD Designed Shell – Shell developed with extensive CFD Computer Fluid Dynamics to create excellent aerodynamic, venting, stability, and noise performance.

– AirBooster Vent System – Optimal air intake, multiple internal distribution channels to key areas, and rear extractor vents to expel hot/stale air.
